Quick and easy Low Carb Keto pancakes made with almond flour and cream cheese.

INGREDIENTS


Wet

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 1 Tablespoon Water

  • 2 Oz Cream Cheese

  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Dry

  • 2/3 Cup of Almond Flour

  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Stevia (or any form of zero carb sugar works well too)

Optional

  • Butter

  • Sugar Free Maple Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender mix your wet ingredients, blend until smooth

  2. Add your dry ingredients and mix thoroughly

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet and add 1/3 cup of batter per pancake

  4. Flip once you see a golden brown edge and little bubbles forming on the top of the batter

  5. Enjoy with butter and maple syrup

NOTE

  • Make sure to scrape down the bowl with a non-stick silicone spatula to ensure the ingredients are mixed thoroughly

  • Allow the batter to sit for 5-10 minutes after combining

  • Serve with cut up fruits and powder sugar
