Low Carb Keto Pizza (Cheese)

Low Carb Keto Pizza Crust made with almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese


Calories: 250 per slice

2 Net Carbs Per Serving


  • 2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 Ounce of Cream Cheese

  • 1 Cup of Almond Flour

  • 1 Large Egg

  • Additional Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder)


  • Any additional toppings


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 450F.

  2. Heat a double boiler and throw in your Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and your Cream Cheese

  3. This can also be done in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30-60 seconds at a time

  4. Remove from the double boiler/microwave once moldable and add in the rest of your ingredients.

  5. Kneed the dough until all the ingredients have been fully incorporated.

  6. Line your baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper

  7. Place your dough on the baking sheet, knee or roll your dough until its about a quarter inch thick

  8. Place your dough into the oven and bake for 10 minutes

  9. Remove from the oven and add your toppings

  10. Place in the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes


  • The crust of the recipe can be frozen and used for another day
