Low Carb Keto Pizza made with cauliflower

  • 1 1/2 Pounds of Cauliflower Florets

  • 1/2 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup of Cream Cheese

  • 1 Large Egg

  • Additional Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder)


  • Any additional toppings


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400F.

  2. Cut up your Cauliflower Florets by using a grater or food processor

  3. Microwave the Cauliflower Florets for 4-5 minutes, and let it cool

  4. Place your Cauliflower Florets into a cheese cloth and squeeze the excess liquid out

  5. In a large bowl add your cauliflower, eggs, cheese and seasoning

  6. Kneed the mixture until all the ingredients have been fully incorporated.

  7. Line your baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper

  8. Place your dough on the baking sheet, knee or roll your dough until its about a quarter inch thick

  9. Place your dough into the oven and bake for 25 minutes

  10. Remove from the oven and add your toppings

  11. Place in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes


  • The crust of the recipe can be frozen and used for another day
