INGREDIENTS


Protein

  • 2-4 Pounds of Skin-On Chicken

Wet

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream

Dry

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper

  • 3/4 Cup of Almond Flour

  • 1 Cup of Keto Bread Crumbs

  • 1/2 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Onion Powder

Optional

  • 1 Cup of Buttermilk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl combine your dry ingredients

  2. In a separate bowl combine your wet ingredients

  3. Coat the chicken in the wet mixture, then the dry mixture. Repeat this step for all the piece of chicken, making sure each piece is coated appropriately

  4. Add oil to a big pot or pan and fry your chicken until golden brown

  • This recipe can also be baked at 400F
