INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 Medium Sized Zucchini

  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon of Butter

  • 1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic

  • 1/3 Cup of Grated Parmesan

Optional

  • Red Pepper Flakes

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using a spiralizer, cut up the zucchini into "noodles"

  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat up your butter and oil. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant

  3. Add the zucchini "noodles" and your grated parmesan cheese

  4. Add salt and pepper to your liking and sauté for 2-4 minutes

  5. Top with extra grated parmesan cheese and enjoy
