No Bake Keto Cheesecake Parfait made with cream cheese and fresh berries

INGREDIENTS


Wet

  • 16 Oz of Cream Cheese

  • 1 Cup of Zero Cal Powdered Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Dry

  • 1 Cup Keto Cookie Crumbs

Optional

  • 1 1/2 Cup Fresh Berries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender combine your wet ingredients and blend until smooth

  2. Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour

  3. In a separate glass container, alternate your cookie crumbs and cream cheese mixture

  4. Top with fresh berries of your choice

NOTE

  • I like to make these parfaits in mason jars that way I can store them for the week
